Teeny Tiny

Our apartment is quite small.  Cozy and comfortable, but still very small.

One bedroom, one bathroom and one room that has the front door, kitchen and "living area" combined all in one.

We may be moving in January or February to bigger housing.  Will keep you posted.
This apartment is very new, very clean and bright.  It is the newest apartment we have lived in since being in Korea.  We like how new and clean it is.  We want to move but are afraid of living in place opposite in its newness and cleanliness.

A video coming next.

With our apartment being so small, we must be tidy and everything has it's proper place.

Frenchie

On Thursday, I went to Seoul to visit Chien.

I had a doctors appointment then went to see her after.

We had a very relaxing day and didn't do much.  Visited a French neighborhood that was beautiful.  We had lunch at a bistro and then hung out for a few hours at a French coffee shop.

It was pretty great.

On the way back, I needed to take a few shots on a bus.  Go here for more information on that.

Anyway, it was an enjoyable day and relaxing.  Just what was needed.

Joseph and I will plan a weekend in Seoul as soon as baby things are taken care of.  We need a break soon.

Tea Party!

Time for tea.

Time for friends.

Time for yummy things to eat and fun conversations.

October 27, 2013.  Tea Party.
Location: Emily's apartment
Time: 2-5pm

Emily and I threw a tea party.  Some people we knew and some we didn't.  Conversations about boys, husbands, boyfriends and how we met each other.

Yummy food.

Lots of laughs!

Thanks Emily for allowing us to have so much fun at your place!

Because every woman is beautiful.
A parting gift plus a rose.

Roses and tea. What could be better?
rolls, scones, clotted cream, Scottish jam, homemade cheese, eggplant dip, peanut butter and chocolate tart,
various fruit tarts, chocolate and vanilla tarts, deviled eggs, organic pumpkin bread, oreos.

Japanese Ramen

Our new neighborhood is pretty great in terms of food.  We have the typical Korean BBQ and other Korean foods, we also found 2 restaurants that cater to Japanese Ramen.  If you have had American ramen--it's crap.  Korean ramen is pretty good but Japanese ramen is just a different taste all together.  It's delicious.

It has that 5th flavor of taste and leaves you wanting more even when you are full.

Some Seoul

My schedule this semester has me free on Thursday's so I went to visit my buddy Chien.  We had a pretty great time and even had some stamps made with our photo on them.  We were pretty surprised.
